Advantages: Healthy, natural, tastes better than green tea, and low in calories
Disadvantages: Somewhat expensive, almost bland, and not caffeine free

Advantages: It will not blow your mouth out.
Disadvantages: Flavours can be so subtle that they can be drowned out, maybe need a bitter kick with it.
