Firstly, I would say the TV itself is excellent. For the price, its hard to beat. However, unfortunately, I am in the same boat as Keith. My TV was great up until around 14 months in when it just switched off and wouldnt come back on again. A call to the helpline said it was still under warranty and would probably be fixed within 5 days. 5 weeks on and Im still waiting - I too am "waiting for parts" - which is beginning to sound like a standard fob-off.
The TV itself is great, but be wary of the warranty..

My TV is now repaired - 9 weeks it took in total. I urge anyone that has problems with their TECO TV to contact Dirk Reitsma, the European Service Manager, directly - once I did my repair was sorted almost immediately.

Be wary of the call costs to the service centre - its cost me £89 in calls!!
