Tee Off Golf (Dreamcast)

Is it really a good game for golfing fans out there? If you have a Dreamcast then you'll be a little disappointed with the range of golf games available - that is to say there are none other than this little cartoon style game. I don't see why there PGA tour or Tiger Woods isn't on the format, as there are plenty of Playstation golf games!

So, if you love golf, you may want to try out a virtual golf experience and opt for Tee Off. It isn't the most realistic in terms of the characters (they're all cartoon style with oversized heads!), but the actual physics are good, with wind direction being taken into account and all.

The graphics are fine, but not very exciting, but there is only a few modes to play in, with only around 5 different courses in the world! The world championship is easy, but gets boring after a while, and the miniature croquet game, set in the future, is rather strange but actually just as fun (or boring) as the main golfing mode itself.

It's only £9.99, so it won't break your bank balance, but there isn't much to get over excited about with Tee Off. There is a fore player mode (sorry!) as well the single arcade, and world championship.

Overall, it won't hold your attention, but if you like cartoon style golf games then Tee Off is for you.
