I've had this toaster for 6 weeks, purchased from a high street electrical retailer. I didn't intend to pay this much for a toaster, as my previous one had been a two slice basic, thing, that only lasted 18 months. This toaster takes anything we toast bagels, crumpets, cheese scones, and bread of all thicknesses. The fact that my husband likes things just cooked, and I like well done toast and crumpets, makes this toaster perfect, I have my 2 slices turned up and he has his just on.
The other great feature is the reheat without toasting which is great as we all get to answer the phone or the door just as the toast is done, then its gone cold, and if you retoast it would get burnt, but the reheat button just heats and doesn't toast. Cleaning is easy as at the back it has 2 separate crumb trays that slide in and out, also the edges of the toaster and dials is black that wipes cleaning keeping the toaster looking brand new. I would highly recommend the purchase of this toaster for anyones kitchen.
