i was excited by my first few days with this kettle so much that i went out and bought another for the office and was quickly recommending it to all, however after just a few weeks the kettle seemed not to brew as hot and all drinks were having a white frothy top forming, eventually cooling after each use untill eventually running only luke warm. i spoke to tefal who just told me to return it for a full refund. Now unfortunatley the remaining quickcup is also running noticeably cooler. A shame as a great idea and design but flawed by a low boiling point and also has a small holding capacity of water between frequent fill ups. a nice idea but not quite there yet, so Tefal hurry up with mark 2 please.
