...TefalMaxi Classic Deep Fat Frier
My Mum bought me my Deep fat frier for christmas, she was sick of worrying that I’d have an accident with my
stove top chip pan. (God...do you still remember those?).
I had actually asked for one and was pleased with my present.
GOOD POINTS:
Easy to use... Plug it in, wait for the light to go out, lower the basket
Charcoal filter in the lid...Controls smells, can be bought by mail order from Tefal when needed to be replaced
1Kg food capacity... if you like your chips, you can do loads in one go
NOT SO GOOD POINTS
No “rise and fall” basket...you lower the basket into the fat using the little handle supplied

Advantages: it's fast Disadvantages: not hot enough, doesn't hold enough
...The Tefal Quick cup is a brilliant idea, I'm constantly on the go and I get fed up of having to wait for the kettle (usually because I over fill it) plus I thought I'd be able to get rid of my brita filter as Tefal Quickcup has hot and cold water AND Tefal claim I can save upto 65% on the energy used!!! And if left for more than a few minutes will be freezing cold next time you wrap your hands round the mug, and at this time of year thats not good! Plus the 'cold' filtered water actually comes out quite warm which is not nice when you're expecting a cool refreshing drink! I would...

This seemed like a fantastic idea because as a mum with 2 small children, I am forever boiling the kettle - getting distracted & having to reboil it again to make my cups of tea ( of which there are many)
Tefal claim that this machine will save 65% of more
In our hectic modern lifestyle, it is essential that we are able to shave an extra few minutes off making a cup of tea. As the average person drinks about 4 cuppas a day, that's over THREE DAYS a year saved. Just think what you would be able to do with... more
