I run a small ironing business and I have used many tefal irons in my time. I can honestly say that the GV8150 is the best yet. It give a great finish to clothes in half the time and is ideal for large or small loads. The steam output is great for all fabrics and the turbo boost of steam really helps with stubborn creases.Another advantage is that it has continuous steam so you can carry on ironing even if you run out of water. This has come a long way from the lesser steam generators when you had to wait for the steam to settle before opening it to refill it. This was time consuming and quite dangerous for the ones who tried to speed the process up(a few minor scalds on my hands on occassions)
It also heats up in about two minutes so can be used for a couple of shirts without having to wait forever. It is durable, as so far I am on my first one and I have had it 8 months. In my line of work, I tend to have to replace my irons every 5-6 months but so far so good. The only small disadvantage I can think of is that it requires cleaning about once a week although this would not be the norm for a normal household's ironing and would probably need to be cleaned once a month or so. Having said that, the cleaning equipment is provided and it even has a light to tell you when it needs cleaning and it is easy and quite quick to do.
All in all I think that this is the best tefal yet and I have bought another two as spares as I would not like to go without it if anything was to go wrong with my current one.
