My father bought me a new kettle for my birthday, not because my old one had broken down but because I fancied a more modern look.
My kettle is white and gold with a clear teardrop shaped capacity guide. It has a sturdy handle and a very sculptured body. The kettle has a 1.7 litre capacity, which is larger than normal. Standard kettles usually only fill to 1.5 litres.
It has a removable filter which can be washed, but replacements are also available from the supplier fpr a small amount, roughly £5.
The kettle features a gold element inside the base, which helps prevent limescale.
It is a cordless, high speed kettle. It has a swivel base so the kettle can be replaced at any angle and moved around 360 degrees.
My father bought this kettle from Comet and it cost him £39.99.
It is most likely available in all department stores, and comes with a two year guarantee.
Thanks for reading.
