    Advantages Advantages The fighting system, as old as it is, is still one of the best in the buisness.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages So much bum-fluff tacked on top it completely distracts from the fighting.

    Tekken 6 While most fighting game franchises rarely change over the years, as there's little you can innovate with these games nowadays, Tekken has been a particular series which has changed very little over the years, but managed still satisfy because, as the saying goes, 'why fix what isn't broken'. Instead, it adds more gimmicky modes like Tekken Force which don't exactly add much but at least there's something new. So does Tekken 6, the newest edition in the franchise, move forward or take seven steps backwards into a pit of spikes? Wait, there's a story? While story doesn't really matter ... more

    Advantages Advantages Good looking, plenty of replayability, over 40 characters.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages RPG style story mode. Bad text size.

    Being a Tekken fan since the very first I was very happy to find my favourite fighting series was coming to the 360, my current console. Got it for my birthday and was pretty happy as you can imagine. Game came in the standard green case, with plenty of information on the back. Inside the disk, the manual and the inside cover shows some artwork of the character Lars. All good so far, cue intro. Having missed the 5th game in the series I was impressed how much the series seems to have changed. The intro gives an insight into the storyline of the Tekken series.     Tekken 6 for the Xbox 360 is a thralling action fighting game with tons of game modes and lots of fighters. The Tekken franchise has always been big wherever its brought out. Tekken 6 fails to disappoint fans and proves what real fighting games are like. With well over 40 characters to choose from the graphics on each character are designed well and almost look people like. The scenery from Tekken 6 is also detailed and looks like it has spent most its time on the looks of the game. There are loads of modes however.     Tekken 6 I've been a fan since those fun days on the PS2, staying up all night with friends unlocking every character knowing that my memory card didn't work and doing it all over again the next night. When i heard Tekken was coming to the Xbox 360 i couldn't wait for the day it arrived on my doorstep. I think i may have over-excited myself only to find that the game wasn't all i expected it to be.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Pay to play on-line, the writting also comes on very small

    OK, so I was very excited when Tekken 6 finally release as it was supposed to be release a couple years back. Now that I bought it I quite enjoy playing the game, however, in order to play the story mode, you have to unlock all the players which is different for Tekken, there's a new mode that they have created in order for you to unlock the players for the story mode. the concept is quite good, but it's not really Tekken, there is some guns involved in that new mode which was is so not Tekken style as this game was quite family fun and friendly and not too much violence, the violence with the ... more
