As a customer I appreciate the benefits of the savings that I have been able to Achieve simply by changing to this cheaper supplier. Telecom plus UK’s cheapest Gas and Electricity supply to S.O.H.O. and Domestic customers. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. My savings are currently at £566.87 in just over 12 months and rising monthly. Quite a good return for the £1.76 per monthly membership, which it costs to be in “The Utility Warehouse Discount Club”. In what in otherwise can be a very confusing and difficult market to sift through?

Text bundles. GPRS packages. International roaming. Free Mobile phones. All of the services are without minimum contracts apart From the more sophisticated mobile phones.
All on the one single itemised billing system. Best savings are achieved by direct debit as with most companies. With statement about 10 days prior to billing date.
All of Gwen’s customer queries have been resolved satisfactorily. Handled very professionally, by the excellent customer services staff. Only one telephone number to call no matter what the query might be.
Here are the 2 queries that Gwen has encountered to date.
1. Customer: Financial Adviser. Complained that his calls were not being recognised, He unplugged his PIG and sent it back Gwen rang customer services, to find that he was dialling too quickly; Not giving the PIG a few seconds to re-set it’s self between calls. Result he was put straight onto Carrier Pre Select. He also got some call credits as compensation for the inconvenience. Result one very happy customer impressed with the personal service that he had received from Gwen and Telecom plus Customer Services. He is now recommending the service to his friends. Saving them money too.
I think Gwen now recommends that most Business users go directly onto C.P.S.
2. A lifelong friend of my brother. Had taken most of the services including Gas. British gas came to dig up the road and as results turned off the gas, Workman said don’t worry British gas will compensate you for this. After the realisation that he was no longer with British gas, puzzled and worried mentioned this to my brother also a subscriber, they then decided to call Telecom plus Customer Services to find out what to do about getting some compensation and from whom. No problem, Telecom plus compensated him as matter of course. His next question was. When will Telecom plus be doing water? Could not help him with that one yet maybe one day.
This is my experience of Telecom plus. I find them to be an excellent company Any fine tuning can easily worked through with the help of customer services Or your distributor. I find them very refreshing in today’s commercial world.

P.S. There is also store plus. Every thing from magazines –car showroom- Electrical-white goods- the list goes on. I did make a couple of personal purchase’s namely a Television saved sum £70.00 Also bought an Oven saved £56.00 on that purchase

Not sure I understood what this was all about, however I got distracted midway through, so this is maybe why. Thanks nonetheless for the review, will have to come back again and re-read.
