Hello? Can You Hear Me??

Advantages: Nice/good looking, easy to use, answer machine on board.
Disadvantages: No screen display to show whos calling.

I was bought this phone as a House warming present and I have to admit, I never read the instructions… but then … who does. This brings me on to say how easy it is to find your way around it. It comes with the obvious buttons, being: Hands free, redial, R and volume control. And additionally it has a store button for quick dial numbers and a quick dial button. Advantages: FULLY LOADED WITH FUCTIONS AND EASY TO USE FOR EVERYONE
Disadvantages: NONE

My ugly ding-a-ling

Advantages: easy to use with voice prompts, built in answering machine, speed dialling, easy to buy, can be wall mounted
Disadvantages: the ring tone is annoying

Review of BT Decor 425

Not a great phone

Advantages: lots of useful features: handsfree, phonebook, answerphone
Disadvantages: seems to break abit too easily

I purchased this phone for work in Oct 2005. I needed one that had a built in answerphone, and one that was not too expensive. This one seemed to be the one. In April 2006 the phone completely stopped working - the screen went blank - none of the additional features worked and there was no dial tone. (We checked phone lines etc and that was all fine). As this was a recent purchase - the company I brought it from were happy to exchange it for another ...
...now August 2006 and the phone has broken again. This time though it is only the additional features that have gone (I now have not got an answer phone, phonebook, and the handsfree function no longer works.) It does still function as a basic telephone though - so I suppose all is not lost! I really wouldn't recommend this model phone - maybe I have just been unlucky - but for 2 to break in less than a year it doesn't look good. ...

It's a cordless life for me with the Siemens CS385!

Advantages: It's got all the features I want from a phone
