Advantages: supports your neck, reduces tossing and turning, reduces nexk pain
Disadvantages: expensive, not waterproof

for at least 30 minutes every night before I fell asleep trying to find a comfortable position. The Tempur pillow makes this almost impossible, as it has moulded to your head and neck after about 5 minutes- that means if you change position it has to remould, and you spend a few minutes lying in a strange shaped dint in the pillow while it does this. At first, I found having my movements curtailed a little difficult to deal with, but once I got used it I've come to appreciate the fact that I don't have that worry anymore. My boyfriend also told me (unsolicited) recently that I no longer wake him up throughout the night with my constant movements, so I know my Tempur pillow helps him sleep better! King of Queens

Advantages: Funny, good characters
Disadvantages: None

King of Queens is an American sitcom set in New York. The King in question is Doug Heffernan and the Queens they relate to is actually the suburb of New York he lives in with his wife Carrie. I think this title is a really clever play on words and sets the scene for quite a funny sitcom in my opinion. Doug and Carrie are the main couple in this sitcom and it?s really them that the whole show revolves around. They have a nice relationship but bicker like most couples and they really play on each others stereotypes to get the laughs out of the audience. For example Doug is rather fat and so they definitely play this up on the show. He is generally always eating my Carrie facilitates this by buying him or making him his favourite foods. involved). Whilst browsing the website it became apparent that there is not just one type of Chillow available - you can buy the original Chillow, the mini Chillow, and the new Chillow Plus! I bought the Chillow Plus, for reasons I'll go into below. The Original Chillow - measures 52cm across x 34.5cm down x 2cm thick. The original Chillow is cool on one side, so is perfect for resting on your pillow at night (or even inside your pillowcase if you prefer).
