when i played terminator salvation on the xbox 360 i really enjoyed it.
a decent game with plenty of action and easy to control, there is plenty of playability in this game as you follow the storyline.

it is all single player making this a fairly simple game when it comes to achievements as they are pretty easy to get.
all in all terminator salvation is a great game for anyone wether you are just a casual gamer or even a serious gamer.

Advantages: 1000 gamerscore in one playthrough on hard difficulty, good looking environments. Disadvantages: Boring and repetitive gameplay, problematic on-rails sequences, only 4 hours at full retail price
The tie -in for the new terminator movie, terminator Salvation is just another cheap movie tie-in.
The main gameplay is traditional third person shooter gameplay. It does use an interesting cover mechanic but it's nothing new really. The simplistic repetitive combat is boring and can't hold the game for the full 5 hours of gameplay. So they added a few other gameplay types, well, i mean added one other feature, an on rails shooter levels. Even these ... ...Gameplay is boring and repetitive. Most of the game has you jogging from skirmish to skirmish, fighting the same three enemies and using the same cover-and-flank maneuver. The weapons you get are also incredibly limited and you end up with a small game at full retail price. the game is incredibly easy even at hard mode.
