Advantages: Re-usable, don't leave a mark Disadvantages: You either have to buy 20 or 200!!

Tesa UK Ltd is the largest adhesive tape manufacturer in Europe and caters for both industry and consumers. The actual strips work like double-sided sticky tape and can be used to hang lightweight things such as photographs and posters and I thought they’d be ideal for decorations.
Like Blu Tack, they can be used again and again and are ... ...hang heavier objects then the Tesa range could still be ideal for you. The Tesa Power Strips hold up to 1kg!! These are also available in Staples and all other large stationary outlets. For more information you can visit the Tesa website at www.tesa.co.uk.
Overall these are a great alternative to Blu Tack as they leave no mark, are re-usable and easy to use.

Like Blu Tack, they can be used again and again and are ideal for sticking to any surface. I’ve used them on wallpaper, painted walls and the ceiling, which they all stick great. I think they have a much greater sticking power than Blu Tack and not one of my decorations has fallen down over the festive period.
But as I’ve already mentioned, the best thing about the strips is that do not mark any surfaces. At Xmas I used to use Blu Tack, which leaves a greasy mark, or drawing pins that leave holes, but the strips simply can be removed without any sign of their existence.
The strips are transparent so they also do not show up on the surface when in use. Fixing them is simple as they stick to the surface easily.
I recommend these to anyone who wants to hang something lightweight and are ideal for students putting up posters…especially if your landlord is like my last one and would take money from your deposit for even the slightest mark!!
The strips are available from most of the large stationary shops and I picked mine up from Staples. A pack of twenty will set you back about £1.50 but seeing as they are reusable then you’ll get your moneys worth. The most annoying thing is that the next size packet they do is 200, which is far too much. I ended up buying two packs of twenty as I only needed about thirty and it worked out much cheaper!
