    Advantages Advantages Soft, tough, keep baby dry

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Fastens at the back which isn't easy with sleeping baby

    When I was having my second daughter I started buying items for her quite early and would often pick up items for her on my weekly shopping trip. I ended up with a lot of bibs from both Asda and Tesco as I do my shopping in both and knew from my first daughter you can never have too many bibs. The bibs I bought were a packet of white bibs which came in a pack of 5 and costs about £3.50. Each of the bibs was a good size so far to say that they reached my daughter crotch when she was tiny ( not so tiny she was 8lbs 5 born), each bib was towelling on the front and has a white trim around the ... more

    Advantages Advantages convenient, soft, disposable, ideal for changing bags

    Disadvantages Disadvantages I suppose fairly expensive compared to the washable kind, but you are paying for the convenience

    When I first joined the Baby and Toddler Club with Tesco's, I was sent a pack with some freebies in. One of the items was a disposable toughened paper bib. I kept it for the appropriate time. When my son was small, we would often walk to Tesco's about 2 miles away, and we would go to Tesco's, do a bit of shopping then go to the coffee shop. It was great, I bought him a jar meal from the store and would feed him while I had a cuppa. I was supplied by the coffee shop one of the above mentioned disposable bibs. They were brilliant.
