It’s a bit early for me to think of Christmas but big shops like Tescos are on the bandwagon already.
They have all their Christmas offers beginning and their displays out, I bought the cookie cutters as a fun surprise for my missus.

I bought them in Tesco extra so I am sure they can be bought on line if you are not able to get out to a shop, the packaging is a little less robust then the cutters

And the instructions are minimal but it only takes common sense to use these, I would suggest washing them first as I had noticed flake of plastic on the outer edges from the mould they were probably made in.
Like all new things they ... ...of something having to cut through cookie dough.
The Cutters are shaped in very festive shapes like bells, Christmas trees, Angels, Santa Claus and Christmas trees.
Although how festive would you think a soldier was, you can get away with an elf as this has connections with Santa and the snowflake as we are supposed to have white Christmas’s.

But as we all know we haven’t had one of those for many years, there is also a shape of a horn, so I am still wondering about the connection there, maybe it’s an angel’s horn for the benefit of any doubt.
Oh and I nearly forgot the star this is a traditional Christmas shape if ever there was one. My wife enjoys the cold weather and getting on the oven she gets really into the spirit like making mince pies and plum pudding and cookies so this was an ideal surprise for he to create some cookies for the grand kids.
The cutters can be us with all softer mixes like cookie dough or marzipan to biscuit mix and strong mint mix.
If you have children in mind when you want something like this they are ideal and very safe for the toddlers first cooking experience and they will get an idea of what the shapes are to.
The cutters cost less then a pound a mere 97p and will get my missus in the festive spirit me my cookies and the grand kids a learning cooking experience.

I was having a wander around the aisles of my local branch of Tesco's when I spotted the Christmas display. My initial response was to roll my eyes and think 'Not already!!!!' but then my eyes glanced across a set of 'Tesco Christmas Cookie Cutters'. They are packaged in a clear plastic drum, which is about 6" tall, and the actual cutters are green and red on colour. They are made of plastic, and each drum contains 10 cookie cutters. Each cutter ... ...Horn, Santa with Sack, Bell, Angel, Soldier, Elf and Christmas tree.
I've been meaning to do some more creative things with my toddler so these seemed like a great idea. They can be used to make cookies, to play with dough or marzipan and as they are made of plastic they are safe for little ones to use without hurting themselves. My toddler also finds fun learning what the different shapes are.
