Fuel prices in Port Glasgow... |
|---|
As a Tesco’s customer I am appalled at the fact that in port Glasgow the price of fuel in the Tesco garage is £1.33p per ltr yet in Edinburgh the same fuel at Tesco cost only £1.30p per ltr. How can this be when it is the same place the fuel is coming from, the same price paid by Tesco to buy said fuel and their own wagons delivering it to their garages? I think this is very unscrupulous that people on the West coast are being bullied into paying 3pence a ltr more than the East coast. Why is there a difference in price when Tesco is one big (sometimes too big) company? I just hope that someone at Tesco has the guile to answer this question, as I for one am seriously annoyed at being ripped off like this.
A very disgruntled customer.

I am reveiwing their customer services and the service to the customer regarding prices being different at differing stores is one we all should be up in arms about. I live in Shetland and the difference in prices between there and here on the mainland is staggering, but when you contact the customer services about the difference they just don't want to know.
