I started using tesco.com for my shopping last year. I feel the site is easy to navigate around, I love the fact that it stores your orders so if you like to buy the same stuff week in week out,(I do the kids have their fav foods, drinks and goodies) They are stored and a quick click and they are added again to your shop. The delivery slots are good times and they text you to let you know approx what time they will deliver, this also reminds you that your shopping is coming that day, handy when you have a busy life.
The added advantage is collecting the club card points, the vouchers i get with them have an online code, so can all be used to gain extra points. If you find that a link or a price is wrong from when you ordered just give them a ring and they will credit it back to you account no quibbles.
Once you start shopping online, you recieve regular discount codes into your email box for exclusive internet use, last/this year i was getting 1000 bonus points £10 just for doing 3 shops of £50 or more. well worth it.
Advantages: pays rewards quickly & offers are quite generous - competitive selection of goods Disadvantages: none to speak of really
Tesco is the main supermarket brand in my area so when I moved here about 18mths ago I became a Tesco customer.
Along with instore incentives like the tesco clubcard £1=1 point they also offer exclusive deals online too for insurance such as home/car etc.
They often offer additional points to boost voucher values such as double points and I spent £6 on ink the other week and instead of 6 points I got 206 a bonus of 200 or £2 (this pushed my points ... ...up instore or online at Tesco direct to the value of £10.00, considering you are spending money on shopping and other goods anyway the points/vouchers are an added bonus as generally the prices at tesco are often fairly decent.
Tesco offer clubcard points and gift vouchers as incentives to purchase from store, so obviously it is better if you live locally to a tesco store however Tesco Direct their online store offers a whole range of products and ...

...if you go into any Tesco you can earn double points. The other day I popped into the local petrol station and picked up dairy products as well as fruit and veg and of course petrol (not sure that you get npoints for petrol though) and was able to get double points without spending a huge amount of money first. This was a nice surprise and I will look forward to my vouchers arriving in the post very soon. It's such an incentive when you know that ...
