Tesco Direct

I have recently plucked up enough courage to place my first order with Tesco Direct, and have never looked back! This is a marvellous service and offers exceptionally good value for money.

My order included 4 pairs of childrens shoes, 4 girls tops and a pair of childrens shorts, all of which came to slightly under £30 (including delivery charges).

The quality of all of these items was excellent, as was the delivery service ( they were delivered within 3 days).The customer service was quick and efficient when I wished to exchange two items for different sizes, as it was all arranged over the telephone and a courier called two days later to remove my unwanted package and replace it with the smaller things.

I found that unlike many other companies, Tesco Direct is non-discriminatory, with regard to their accepted method of payment - you may choose whether to pay by credit card or cheque - which is wonderful for those of us deemed unworthy enough to keep plastic through no real fault of our own.

After all of this, there was one further thing that convinced me of their worth - all of my purchases came complete with their own Tesco price tags (as you see in the store) and the prices in the Tesco Direct catalogue are significantly cheaper than you would pay for an identical item in one of Tesco's stores!

It's certainly got my vote!!
