Orange juice.. I love it! It's so good for me due to all the vitamins it contains, and it tastes amazing too! I usually have a small glass with each of my meals which I admit is quite a lot and my mum is always lecturing me that fruit juice is really sugarry but in my opinion the sweetness from the orange juice satisfys me and stops me craving bad sugars from foods such as chocolate etc. I used to drink a lot of diet fizzy drinks but I have managed to wean myself down to one can a day and orange juice is now my supplement as it is equally as sweet and tasty, but much healthier!
