    Advantages Advantages refreshing drink

    Disadvantages Disadvantages slight artificial taste

How exciting – an opinion on water! Things must be bad round here! Well, this isn’t just any old water, this is Tesco Flavoured Sparkling Spring Water drink – something I have come to drink rather a lot of over the last few months! As my alcohol consumption has been considerably reduced due to my pregnancy, I have had to turn to other drinks to sip of an evening. I find conventional soft drinks (Coke, lemonade and the like) to fizzy to drink all evening, plus they play havoc with my bladder and I spend all night backwards and forwards to the toilet! I don’t like fruit ... more

NAME OF DRINK Tesco slightly sparkling spring Water drink, with a hint of a particular fruit juice or juices . The flavours include Orange, Grapefruit, Cherry and Cranberry, Peach, Apple and Raspberry, Lemon and Elderflower, Lemon and Lime, and White Grape and Blackberry. There is now a new flavour: Lemon and Tangerine I like them all but you have to have at least one favourite and, of course, a least favourite. My favourites are Cherry and Cranberry and Lemon and Elderflower in that order. I do really enjoy the others, but despite liking oranges I find the Orange flavour is my least favourite ... more

    Advantages Advantages Fruity, Cheap

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Flattens Quickly

Tesco White Grape and Blackberry slightly sparkling spring water drink comes in a 1 litre bottle which sits on a base of approximately 2.5inches in diameter and narrows at the neck. The plastic is tinted blue and transparent allowing you to see the clear liquid inside. As the bottle is tinted you could be fooled into thinking that the content is coloured, however the information on this bottle emphasises that there have been no artificial colours or flavours added. The label around this bottle has a picture of grapes and blackberries on it as well as the usual calorie counter, allergy advice ... more

Advantages Advantages Reasonable price, tastes good, quenches thirst

Disadvantages Disadvantages A bit too fizzy

As I sat here reading and rating opinions I was thinking about what I could write next and, as I was thinking, I was taking a drink from a bottle of Tesco’s flavoured water. Eventually (remember I am 47 and not as quick as I used to be!) I realised that here was my next opinion! The next question was, would it be on Ciao and how would it be categorised? After the repetition of opinions that made up my Radox bubble bath series I wondered if each of the eight flavours would be listed individually. Luckily for you there is a general heading and quite rightly as there isn’t really anything new to ... more

Advantages Advantages Good value, better for you than other fizzy drinks

Disadvantages Disadvantages could be a bit stronger flavoured

A while ago we made the decision to try not to drink as many fizzy drinks, but on the odd occasion I want a change from water or cordial so tend to buy the sparkling flavoured waters instead. With Tesco being our closest supermarket I tend to buy the Tesco own sparkling flavoured water more often than any other. Also it is generally always on a multi-buy offer so is usually really good value. ~~~~~Price~~~~~ Currently a one litre bottle is priced at £0.41 or currently on offer at 4 bottles for £1.40. I always take advantage of the multi-buy offer as I think it is great value and you could also ... more
