No, tuna salad will never exactly be exciting as a lunch option. But when you're trying to slim down and get healthier, there aren't many exciting options. Also, when you work full time, lunch is, well, that thing you bolt down in your lunch break to avoid feeling faint with hunger by 4pm. This salad is convenient, reasonably tasty, and quick. Like many of us, I have the best of intentions when it comes to making my own lunch. This usually lasts until Tuesday (if it's a good week).
