I've had Tesco insurance for 2 years now and have been impressed with their competetive pricing especially when arranging on the net. Recently I've had cause to make a claim and I can only say that the service has been second to none. I logged my claim on Wednesday at 6pm and by 9:30 on Thursday the local Vauxhall dealer had rung , by 10:30 the car had been taken away for repair and by 4pm a temporary replacement car was on my drive for the next 2 weeks. Tesco kept me well informed as to the progress on my own car, which was brought back as good as new 2 weeks after the accident. Whenever I've had cause to ring Tescos staff have been extremely courteous and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them.
