The supermarkets vegetarian ranges have always focused on producing merat free equivalents of traditional favourites such as sausages and cottage pie. Recently it seem that they have become more adventurous. Sadly this doesn't mean that they are producing imaginative always-meant-to-be-vegetarian dishes. Instead they have started producing meat-free equivalents of a greater range of foods. At the moment several brands are producing fish flavoured offerings.
