Tesco Minced Beef Teviot

Well after quite a hectic week where I haven’t had chance to read or write very much for Ciao, I’m back in the saddle again – well the typists chair at least! I’m back on the trail of the perfect pie. They are so convenient with Dave travelling such a lot. If I am not sure when he will be home I can have the pie ready to pop in the oven and all the vegetables ready to cook so that when he arrives I can put them all on to cook while he gets changed and has a cup of tea, by which time it’s all ready to eat.
