I picked these up from my Tesco store as the name would suggest as my husabnd refuses to take normal paracetamol, he is often in hospital with his crohns yet even though he comes home with pain relief I end up using them and he insists on having these.

The caplets cost 19p for 16 caplets which is really cheap at just over 1p per caplet however we do go through alot when he is having a flare up as he will take the maximum dose each day and of course with Paracetamol products you can only buy 2 boxes at a time.

The caplets come packaged in what I think is a lovely box, it is blue in colour but is dark blue at the bottle with a few white wavy lines 1/3 of the way up the box and then lighter blue above, The box states that they are 500mg caplets and state for effective pain relief.

The caplets work well, I have used them myself on occasion and find that they are very easy to swallow, you can take 2 caplets at a time with up to 8 doses allowed in 24 hours, each dose must be 4 hours apart and they are suitable for adults and children over 12.

I found that these tablets started rto work on the pain after about 20 minutes so they are just as good as other paracetamol products I have used, they are easy to swallow and cheap to buy obviously I prefer my husband to use the free ones but since he refuses these are as near as I am going to get.
