I went to the new Tesco and although they had a large variety to chose from, I found thwe staff unhelpful and rude. I had an MS fit in one of the ailes and 3 members of staff just stood and watched. I found the trip extremely distressing, One member of the staff was the qualified First aider. I certainly will not be shopping here again. Very Unhelpful rude and not a pleasurable visit.
Tills breaking down and on their opening day general chaos. not enough sraff to cope with the demand of the opening day. when complained about the treatment I recieved I was told that it had all been a misunderstanding. I will certainly not shop in this paticular store again.

We have found the staff at Tesco to be very helpful most of the time. A few problems with staff when returning electrical goods.

Really sorry to hear you first experience at your new local store was so poor. I do & have shopped at Tesco's on and off for years with out any problems! Better luck with your shopping trips in future :o)

Sorry you had such an ordeal :o( I have been shopping at Tesco's for as long as I can remember and they have always been fab in all depatments, better luck next time :o)
Advantages: Clubcard, Great Value, Large Stores some 24hr, Convenient, Friendly Staff Disadvantages: Company too Big, Taking over, putting small shops out of business
