I have been a customer of Tesco's for 16 years and have never though about changing supermarket till now. But just recently customer service has gone down hill at my store . I went to the customer service desk for help the other day and i got a dirty look from the lady serving and she was totally unhelpful when i asked her questions, i just felt at that point i am the customer and why should i come back again. The time before this manager who was clearly German was rude and totally unhelpful.
I feel that i am never using Tesco again enough is enough and another supermarket seem a lot better now i have started using them least they are polite and helpful, Tesco need to get there act together on customer service.
