I am not sure how many grams I pour in my bowl for breakfast but 30g has 175 calories there are 110 calories in 110 g of the Kellogg’s with strawberries cereal.
The packaging is standard cereal packaging a card box with its name and a picture of a bowlful of the cereal. Then inside is an airtight bag with the cereal enclosed.
I open my bag and store it in a storage jar (old fashioned sweetie jar) Although the flakes are not soggy they are not an exciting flavour they are quite bland and boring.
The dried fruit that is included is ok but again not very flavoursome. This cereal has a long way to go to be as good as my usual special K cereal. As with my special K cereal I added a few bran flakes, but I would not do that again as it made the breakfast really unexciting with the special K and fruit I like a few bran flakes added as the rest of the cereal is flavoursome and a little sweet..
