Tesco Value Pine Toilet Cleaner

I am always on the look out for ways to cut cost in every aspect of my financial life, as are many people in the current climate, so have taken to buying some of the supermarkets value range products.

Some have been succesfull and some have been awful.

Tesco Value Pine Toilet Cleaner has been a resounding success in my opinion.

It comes in a standard plain white bottle with a hooked dispensing end, enabling it to be squirted up under the toilet rim, and has a stick on lable on the front with all the info you need about the product such as:

It cleans and freshens and attacks odours.
As well as providing lasting freshness

It also has the ingredient contents:

Less than 5% Non - Ionic Surfactants
Disinfectant
Dimethylol Glycol
TempText0 Methylisothiazolinone
Perfume

There is also the usual warnings as you get on most detergents, keep away from children, do not mix with other cleaning products and only use in the toilet bowl.

So although the label is small, it has all of the info that it should have, and everything the user needs to know so does not need another label on the back.

The cleaning solution itself is a dark green colour as you would imagine pine needles of a Christmas tree to be, and to my suprise it is also thick and gloopy. I fully expected it to be thin and watery, so I was very pleasantly suprised.

The fragrance is indeed a scent of a pine forest, maybe more fragranced as a comercial toilet cleaner as it does leave the loo smelling a little like a VERY VERY clean public loo.

Although it was a little hard pressed to get staining off from the loo, with a little action with the toilet brush it was fine.

After flushing, there was still some cleaner remaining around the loo bowl, but after a couple of flushes this was gone.

I have been giving our loo a squirt at night and in the morning when every-one has gone to work/school/college and my loos are gleaming.

Out of all of the value items that I have bought to try from various supermarkets, I think that this one is the one that I am most pleased about in terms of value for money.

For a bottle of 750ml of Tesco Value Pine Toilet Cleaner the price is a staggering 24p, absolutely unbeatable value.

I am so chuffed with the results of this toilet cleaner I can't tell you !!!

I may be a bit sad for getting so excited over the extremely brilliant value considering that the quality of this product is so high, but I dont care, I'm just happy to have a clean freshly scented loo costing next to nothing !!

I would and do recommend this product to people very highly.

Definately 10/10 rating from me.
