I don't really eat a lot of meat and bacon isn't something i'm fond of, but as other members of the household do like it we usually have a regular stock of high quality bacon either in the fridge or in the freezer. The other day I knew my boyfriend would be coming around for his dinner after work and I wanted to cook him a nice meal, as I love spoiling him.
