Tesco Vegetable Curry with Rice

I have to admit I adore curry, in fact I could quite happily live on it, but not the hot killer curry oh no, I like the milder versions that mean you can actually taste what’s in it and not be left with a burnt out mouth and stomach . I have tried a variety of frozen and ready meal curries but the one that I have had recently I am very impressed with overall. While on a recent trip to Tesco’s me and Stephen saw something really yummy looking. It had what looked like meat chunks and vegetables, covered in a lush looking sauce. It was of course Tesco’s vegetable curry with rice and it turns out the chunks weren’t meat they were in fact potatoes! As i have curerntly been suffering from severe bouts of hunger, i have been raiding all the possible storage units for every kind of food possible. I decided to have a mere peek inside the freezer to see what culinary delights are hiding inside. Being the lay (and also no good) cook that i am, i opted to try out this little beggar that was hiding from all signs of daylight at the very back. I was searching round tesco superstore in a desperate attemp to find a wholesome tasty vegetarian meal as i am vegetairan and stumbled across this curry and rice meal. I must say it is one of my most favourite ready meals from tesco superstore. it is low in fat and calories which is a bonus. However i do tend to like some sort of sauce with my curry which unfortunately this curry lacks. But other then the minor curry problem the flavour, smell and value for money is very good.
