These chops can be found in the frozen department at Tesco's, they are classed as a barbecue item, but can also be grilled or baked in the oven and are delicious.

SOME FACTS FOR YOU:--

Each 100g contains the following

315 calories
3.6g Sugar
...salad, or rice or with Tesco's Chargrilled Vegetables (see my review on these). I like the fact that you can cook them in a number of variations and that you do not have to defrost them first, so they are a grab out of the freezer item which comes in handy when your on a tight regime or have just simply forgotten to get dinner out for that night.
