Advantages i believe it is a very good product for my fish
Disadvantages all fish go for it and it can get stuck under plants
I baught these for around five pounds. i only have a couple of bottom feeders in my tank which is what this food is for. although they did seem to like the wafer they didn't get much of a chance to get to it because all the other fish regardless of which part of the tank the ocupied went straight for it. i usually have to put two in oposite areas of the tank to make sure the bottom feeders get any. however it is a good produt and i will definetly buy it again. It contains both algae wafers and omnivore wafers which caters for most bottom feeders. it has a slow release formula which means bottom feeders which are more skittish like my timid corys for example can eat when they feel like it. there are added vitamins and nutrients such as vitamin A,D3,E and L-ascorbyle-2- polyphosphate. you get 68g for your money. this might not sound a huge amount but mine has lasted a substantial amount of time and i believe that it is worth the money. It is made so it easy to eat so there is less waste in your tank which helps to keep your tank clean and help keep your fish healthy. However i usually have to watch because my platties and mollys teld to push it around the tank untill it gets stuck under something so i would keep an eye out to make sure they can still get to it because otherwise it might rot.
