    Advantages Advantages Has all the mathematical functions you need for advanced maths

    The Good - The TI-84 is aesthetically pleasing and the buttons are clearly arranged and labelled - It has all the functions that are needed for anyone taking maths past GCSE, with several special features which saves time in exams, for example it can plot a graph on the screen and tell you the co-ordinates at any point along the graph - It sets out calculations logically on the screen and does not clear them without instructions, making it easy to re-trace any earlier steps - It is also easy to navigate around the screen as there are four arrows situated top right of the keyboard - It takes ... more

    the TI-84 plus graphing calculator has several advantages but however has several flaws. Starting with advantages, the calculator provides nearly all the different buttons you need ranging from apps to logs to graphs to trig to programs and of coarse simple math including addition, multiplying, ect. You can write notes on it, download games or applications and of coarse do math. Another advantage is that it's virtually indestructible. It will accumulate scratches over time by dropping it but it will continue to work like new. I especially enjoy the overall easiness it is to use. I felt like I ... more
