Thames Water Homeserve also covers boilers, so when mine stopped working on Good Friday - I thought great I am covered , however, the dreaded small print says something like "next available" therefore I have to wait until at least Tuesday after the easter bank holiday. (not good when snow is predicted). So why am I paying for a service i am not receiving - i wont be renewing my policy.
