I have been playing the Daily Draw on the Internet regularly yet so many people I have spoken to seem to have never heard of it I am beginning to think that it must be one of the World Wide Web's best kept secrets.
For the benefit of those that do not know what the Daily Draw is I will begin by enlightening you and telling you that it is an Online Lottery Game that can be found by logging onto: http://www.thedailydraw.com, more importantly ... ...to play yet it still offers a maximum jackpot of £1 Million.

I have been playing the Daily Draw on the Internet regularly yet so many people I have spoken to seem to have never heard of it I am beginning to think that it must be one of the World Wide Web's best kept secrets.
For the benefit of those that do not know what the Daily Draw is I will begin by enlightening you and telling you that it is an Online Lottery Game that can be found by logging onto: http://www.thedailydraw.com, more importantly however unlike the National Lottery this Lottery is completely free to play yet it still offers a maximum jackpot of £1 Million.
I first started playing the Daily Draw about three years ago after reading an article in the Sun Newspaper about a couple that had scooped the £1 Million jackpot. This story obviously generated a lot of publicity for the site and doubtless brought it many new players like myself. So far there has not been any further jackpot winners but the site has paid out to date £1,698,600 on its main game and a further £38,334 on its bonus games, paying out to a total of 14,271 different winners.
It is easy to be sceptical about a site that pays out cash on a Lottery that is totally free to play but I can inform anyone that may have any doubts that this site really does pay out since I am one of those 14,271 winners happily banking my cheque for £50 just three weeks ago.
When you visit the homepage for the very first time you find a page that is not too dissimilar in design to the homepage of the UK's official National Lottery site. As a new user you will need to register but this is simple and completely free.
During the registration process you will be asked to provide your full name, gender, date of birth, and address. To be eligible to play the Daily Draw you must be over 16 years of age, have a valid email address and a permanent living address within the UK.
In addition to the personal information that are asked to provide you are also asked to provide details of subject areas that you are interested in by checking a minimum of three boxes from a long list. This is clearly intended to enable spam emails to be directed to your Inbox but to be fair I would say that I actually receive very little junk mail that I believe has been generated from registering with this site.
Once you are registered then you can play the game. Logging into the members page with your email address and chosen password will take you to a page that contains the main game. This game is a grid of squares containing 49 numbers laid out in seven rows of seven.
To play the game you simply select six numbers from this grid plus a bonus number or alternatively you can select one of two self explanatory buttons beneath the grid that are titled "random play" and "play last numbers."
Once you have selected your numbers you then have to click on one of the boxes at the right hand side of the grid. These boxes are links to sponsors websites and there is usually a choice of three or four sponsors to choose from. These are generally things like Online gambling sites, personal loans, etc.
Clicking onto one of the boxes enters your numbers into the draw and also brings up a full page advert from your chosen sponsor which you have to view for a minimum of thirty seconds before you receive a confirmation message that your numbers have been successfully entered into the Draw.
It is possible to play the Daily Draw twice every day but you must wait at least one hour between games. The Draw takes place at Midnight every day and following the Draw a confirmation email is sent to your Inbox advising of the numbers that have been Drawn plus details of how many numbers, if any you have matched.
To win £1 million you will need to match all six numbers plus the bonus number. There are however smaller prizes that can also be won where the odds are better. These are as below:
If you want all six numbers, but not the bonus you win £5,000 If you match five numbers you win £100 If you match four numbers you win a bonus prize.
The bonus prize can be anything from a free play or CD Wow Voucher to a £50 cash prize. I matched four numbers and won £50.
If you are lucky enough to win a prize you will receive an email confirming your prize which you must reply to verify your prize. Once this has been done you receive a further email advising you that all prizes are paid out by Cheque and that Cheques are posted out on the last day of the Month following your win. This means that if you win a prize at the beginning of a Month you may have to wait two Months before you receive your money. I was still slightly sceptical but true to their word I received my Cheque 41 Days after my confirmation email which I left in my Inbox just in case nothing was received.
In addition to the main Draw there is also a Daily Bonus Game which works in exactly the same way as the main game, here the grid still has only 49 numbers but you only pick five numbers and so the odds of winning are a lot better. There is only one prize on this bonus game which is paid out to the first person that matches all five numbers. Once the prize is won the prize money is reset to £500 but this increases each day that it is not won. Someone usually wins this game about once every Month by which time the prize money can have increased to around £3,000.
Finally there are also other instant win games to play each day as well and these vary from scratch cards where you can win between £5 to £50, slot machines that you can spin or at the moment there is even a game based on Deal Or No Deal, again the maximum prizes on these instant win games is usually £50.
You might wonder how a Website like this can afford to pay out cash prizes. The answer to this is through the money that it generates from its sponsors. That is to say that each time that you play the game by clicking on a sponsor the sponsor has the benefit of being able to show you an advertisement in the hope that you may take up their offer, but for this privilege they have to pay a fee to the people that own this site. The fee charged is currently in the region of between one and two pence per click which doesn't sound like a lot of money but this soon adds up to provide a sizeable pot to pay out any prizes from. It is also reassuring to know that the £1 Million jackpot prize is insured by a major underwriter.
I think that this is a great site and one that has a very sophisticated layout and look to it. It is very easy to navigate around and there are also lots of areas that you can visit to view statistics. For example it is possible to view a list of the most frequently drawn numbers or you can view a list of all the numbers that you have ever picked. Above all however it is good fun and only takes a few minutes of my time each day to participate.
If you have yet to discover this site then why not take a look. One day you may even win a prize like me and who knows it might even be that elusive £1 million jackpot.

Advantages: You win money for nothing Disadvantages: None apart from having to play if you want to win
Now, there are so many gambling and get rich quick sites on the net, most of which are bogus and lose you money. However, with this site I have actually had a success.
It works similarly to the national lottery, in that you pick six numbers, just this time 1-64. You are allowed to play twice a day, but you have to leave an hour between plays. To place your numbers, you click on an advert, and a popup window takes you to another site. This is how ... ...of a bother as you can almost immediately close it. Six numbers are drawn, and the prizes are as follows:
6 numbers : £1,000,000 (£40,000 per year for 25 years)
5 numbers : £5,000
4 numbers : £25
3 numbers : A special offer (to be honest, nut much more than another advert)
Then, one day (admittedly after playing for about six months), to my amazement, I received an email that said that I had picked 4 correct numbers. Still a bit sceptical, I ...
