Having looked around at the i-Phone for a while I eventually decided to buy one after selling my DSLR camera. Being a bit of a bargain hunter I decided to buy it directly from Apple as they were the only ones advertising any cashback on Topcashback, both O2 and the carphone Warehouse had zero cashback on the i-Phone for some reason. The main reason I say this is because I was trying to find the student section to see if by some miracle they'd decided to discount the i-Phone, but I couldn't find it at all. Eventually I used the NUS Extra site and found it, but alas no discounts there. ...I am looking at buying the new iPod Touch. Obviously the first place I looked was on the Apple site. Whilst I was on there I was just having a looking around, and checking out the website. The Apple website does have many advantages over the shops. For starters, you have the option to engrave your iPod/ iPhone with whatever message you want (providing its within the limit). Other advantages include the online support, downloads and product info. ... ...is that the staff (which are very helpful) are obviously not online to meet you. In the store, if you have any questions, the staff will gladly help. On the whole the appearance is very good. I like the idea of the grey and white theme which links in with the logo.I also like the way in which the main sections are kept at the top of the page. I hope I am reviewing the right thing here...I know there is an Apple store website but I recently visited the new apple store at 147 Buchanan street, Glasgow, G1 2JX. I am not big in to technology but it is fantastic. We are looking in to buying a new computer and decided on a mac. We looked on the internet and noticed that an apple shop had opened relatively near us. We decided to get on the train and go through. The shop is amazing inside - really ... ...to carry away. The customer service is fantastic. Extremely helpful, knowledgable who are happy to take as long as possible to discuss your needs. We were offered a small discount as we were buying for our small business and went away feeling very confident in deciding on a purchase. So heres a little review of the Apples UK online store, which can be found at www.apple.com/uk Once the Store website has loaded, you will be greated by the lovely welcoming images of all of the Apple hardware available. Clicking on the image ... ...way of giving you a the option to choose extra performance but adding extra price. There is quite a bit of bargon on this page, and unfortunatly there are no links to explain things like DDR333 Ram. But Apples break down of fast, faster, fastest does make it quite easy to deciced which is for you.
