This is a 14-day, 1,500-calorie-a-day plan that keeps you in touch with your body's rhythms, which looks at your sleep cycle and appetite and energy.
It's designed to help improve your weight (as loose it) and look after you whole body. It focuses on the damage done by bad eating.
Constein is a well-known dietitian and the body clock title really explains what this book is all about. It's a sensible book and gives you a healthy weight loss of a pound a week and you eat food to help you loose weight and reduce stress at the same time.
You are told how to balance your meals and eating times to help cravings and the feeling of hunger. It's packed with luxury easy recipes which allow for vegetarians and extremely busy people.
The bad points in this book are that there are none, except how the title can be interpreted.. Although when you have read it is makes more sense.
It pinpoints a lot of factors about eating and your body and is really useful. You can't skim any pages because its telling you so much info on yourself you just have to keep reading.
It's not a groundbreaking book but it is excellent for anyone who wants to feel good and loose weight. I also like to pics of food… yum, and you don't feel guilty for thinking that!
I lost a reasonable few pounds a week on this diet and I really enjoyed learning a about my body, but I also knew quite a lot before hand. If you don't have a lot of time to sit and think about yourself, this book is an excellent reflection of what your body wants.
