"For Normal to Dry Skin. Our deliciously rich Body Butter soaks in almost instantly but moisturises non-stop for up to 24 hours."
--Packaging--
A round plastic pot with a screw-top lid, colour-co-ordinated to reflect what the body butter is made of. The lid of each body butter has a large round sticker with photographs of the main ingredient, and the Body Shop logo and name of the product on ... ...there is no leakage. However, the lid would benefit from some grips on the side to ease closure after moisturising, when you still have some body butter residue on your hands.
--Application--
Scoop out a dollop of body butter with your fingers after showering and moisturise liberally wherever required (though perhaps somewhat obviously, not on the face). The product absorbs well and is easy to rub in.

Advantages: It was free (raffle prize) Disadvantages: Hideous colour
...myself. (Also included were the Bubble Bath and the Handwash which I've also reviewed.)
The packaging is the same for all three items: . The base of the tub is a dark cranberry red color and the lid is a dark golden colour. There is an artist's impression of a cranberry twig with berries on the label on the lid. The body butter comes in a 200g tub
When you open this tub by twisting off the lid you are greeted with a rather awful pink coloured cream. ... ...sickly I thought. The cream is very thick too. When you actually put your fingers in it to get some of the cream out it isn't as awful as you might think. It's quite cooling and seems to 'melt' a little (like butter would I guess).
The cream spreads very well and is absorbed very quickly. Thankfully it doesn't leave any residue of the horrible colour. You don't need tons and tons of it because if you did the pot wouldn't actually last you very long ...

Advantages: Leaves skin feeling gorgeous Disadvantages: Bit pricey
This is one of the body shop's most popular body butters, but is only comes out at christmas time to you need to be quick if you want some. It contains real cranberry seed oil which leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth. The smell is the thing that first attracted me and i can garauntee that you will fall in love with the smell. It is very festive so perfect for this time of year, but is great during the summer too. It also contains cocoa butter ... ...may have. You can also use a blob of it and put it under running water in the bath and so it can be used as a bath milk. It normally costs around £12 but if you can egt it in the sale it has about 50% off. ...

Advantages: Moisturises dry skin. Disadvantages: Smell is a bit too overpowering.
...You can tell that it's post-Christmas and that I got a lot of toiletries to spoil and pamper myself.
This time it has been the turn of the BodyShop Mango BodyButter. The 200ml tub is £10 and is yellow.
This may seem expensive but the tub is huge and a little goes a long way!
The BodyShop do a wide range of BodyButters:
Cranberry, Candied Citrus, Coconut, Grapeseed, Hemp, Passion Fruit, Cocoa Butter, Nut, Papaya, Sesame, She, Olive, Blueberry and Mango.
The BodyButter in question, Mango has a very very strong smell of yes, you guessed it Mango, but I have been trying to fathom out what else it reminds me of and it's very ripe nectarines, not peaches!
I applied it after my bath. It's a vibrant yellow colour and I have now realised that you don't need quite so much as I initially applied as it took a while to soak in. It doesn...

Advantages: Softens and moisturises your skin. Disadvantages: None in my opinion!
...overpowering then the following range are well worth a try:
coconut soap to cleanse
coconut body scrub to exfoliate the skin
coconut bath and shower cream to cleanse and moisturise
coconut bodybutter
coconut lip butter ( I am yet to try this one for fear of being tempted to eat it!)
However if coconut isn't your favourite of smells, The BodyShop provides a wealth of fragrances in the BodyButter range to suit every 'palette':
Cranberry, Candied Citrus, Grapeseed, Hemp, Passion Fruit, Cocoa Butter, Nut, Papaya, Sesame, Shea, Olive & Blueberry.
All are £10 per 200ml but it is definitely worth checking out their outlet stores as they often have some cracking bargains....
