Advantages Advantages Soft brush, which feels soft on the skin.

Disadvantages Disadvantages None for my skin.

I love experimenting with beauty products and when I spotted this little facial brush in The Body Shop some time ago I decided to buy it. I have used a facial brush many times in the past. I have used a couple of electric ones many years ago which does all the hard work but I hadn’t bought a manual one before so I thought this one was worth a go. The brush is quite cute, it has white bristles which are extremely soft. they are quite long, approximately an inch in length. The handle is a stumpy handle and very easy to hold in the hands comfortably. The handle is also a transparent one with tiny ... more

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Nothing really

~ Why I Bought It ~ I actually received this little facial brush as part of a vitamin e gift set from the body shop that I was given as a present last Christmas. I had never had or used a facial brush before getting this so I was excited to try it out and see if it made any difference. ~ Price ~ This facial brush retails at £4 which isn't too expensive in my opinion as the brush is very well made and good quality. ~ My Opinion ~ I wasn't too sure what to make of this brush at first as I'd never used a facial brush before and as I have dry, sensitive skin I was worried it would irritate it. The ... more

Advantages Advantages A great little must have for the face, stimulates circulation and smooths skin.

Disadvantages Disadvantages A bit hard to keep clean.

Review of The Body Shop Facial Brush. This little piece of equipment from The Body Shop is something that I had never seen before, and I currently use a Body Brush to exfoliate and help circulation, so I wanted to give it a go for my face too! I have combination skin that is prone to slight acne on the chin area and some dry patches on my forehead. I have purchased the newest version of the Facial Brush which is a small brush with an easy to hold bottom for hand-help use and cap to keep in clean. Price: This item was only £2.90, which I think is great it will last me a long time. Product: Ok ... more

Advantages Advantages Cheap, good size, exfoliates

    Disadvantages Disadvantages None

Unfortunately for me, I have quite dry skin all over, including my face - my t zone is especially prone to dry patches. How attractive! Because of this, a skin care regime is highly important and I follow mine religiously. I cleanse, tone, moisturise and of course, exfoliate. Up until recently, I'd been using a normal body brush to exfoliate my face and I only really bought this to bring the total for my Body Shop order up as I had to reach £25.00 for free delivery. I chose this because it was cheap and I thought it sounded quite handy as well. This is a facial brush from The Body Shop and ... more

Advantages Advantages Great price - easy to use - gives a thorough cleanse.

Disadvantages Disadvantages maybe too rough for sensitive skins.

This brush is a revolution, well for me it is... You know those lovely big sisal massage brushes you use in the shower, they boost your circulation and make your skin glow? Well those clever people at the Body Shop have made a teeny tiny one with gentle bristles especially for cleansing your face! Genius! ~** The Brush **~ It's a semi opaque white handle and head, made from quite a sturdy plastic. It is about 4 inches long, with a smooth handle, although quite a small brush it's not too fiddly to hold. The head is circular and about 3 inches accross, it has 3 rows of bristles, which are ... more
