The Body Shop Seaweed Clarifying Toner

Before buying this product I have tried lots of different toners from different brands ranges and price ranges. I had two favourites from my experiences one being Biore toner and another Body Shop one from the Vitamin E range they do. It seems to me that not very many people use toners however I follow the three-step skin care rule (cleanse, tone, moisturise) and there always need to be one on my bathroom shelf. When I was completing the Seaweed skin care, I obviously bought the Seaweed Clarifying Toner. This toner was created for combination or oily skin. The main problem I have with my skin is that my pores are very blocked. The beautician that used to do my facials (before I was a student) always emphasised the importance of using a toner. She said that this closed the pores and prevented them from getting blocked. Ever since she told me this I've made sure that I use a toner as part of my beauty routine. My pores are still blocked. I'm a huge fan of The Body Shop's range of skincare products and I'm always trying out new things. Up until recently I'd been using the vitamin E toner but decided to stock up on some of the others when there was a 50% sale on. One of the toners that I decided to buy to try was the seaweed clarifying toner which The Body Shop describe as being refreshing and purifying. They also say that it helps to rebalance combination skin. (defined as: Skin which shows a shiny T-zone and has occasional blemishes and visible pores). This review is for The Body Shop Seaweed Clarifying Toner.
