This really does make massaging him easier for me as my fingers slide across the skin more easily and it isn't that oily that it feels like I am rubbing chip fat into him. He says it feels much nicer and that it makes the experience more relaxing where the movement of my hands has more flow to it.
We both love the scent, it is floral but not old granny flowers, it is sweet and powdery and really is beautiful. That said I don't think he would want to go out smelling of it!
He always has a shower after I give him a massage to wash it off, it isn't the type of thing you can just towel off. If you were to get amorous after (or during) using this then the sheets may end up a bit of a mess and need changing. I should also point out that this would damage condoms, as all oil based products do.
My other half's skin when he comes out of the shower after his massage always has baby soft skin on his back, far softer than when we have used any lotion for a massage.
At £7.00 this doesn't sound cheap but with how long it will last us, it is, I can't see us needing to replace it for a year if not longer. At the moment the website shows this as being on sale for £5.60.
This product is great and I can see us either buying this one again or trying the mandarin. I highly recommend you get it and give your loved one a treat!
The range contains other products too in all three scents so they really are worth a look.
I am going to give this five stars as it really is brilliant stuff!
The Body Shop has a great website (www.thebodyshop.co.uk) where you can find this and other products, buy online or just find your local store. The site also has lots of information and links about the charities and foundations they support and their version of Fair Trade, Community Trade.

Review of The Body Shop Sensual Ylang Ylang Massage Oil
Advantages: smells so good, feel lovely on the skin, and it's kiss-proof ;) Disadvantages: the price.
...'exactly what it says on the tin'. The sensual massage oil is great for massages and the scent of the oil really relaxes you and also gets you in the mood for some perfect time with your partner. I used this on my partner recently and he seemed to love every minute of it. After a few drops of this massage oil he was relaxed. He seems to suffer with a lot of tension around his neck shoulders and the bottom of his back. However, this massage oil really ... ...great deal of the oil for it to kick in. I think I would have to say that this is a brilliant investment and is relaxing for both men and women. It's brilliant for the art of massages and perfect with when using with a lover as it's kiss proof and doesn't taste horrible or feel funny on hands or lips. I am very funny about oils as some of them feel really horrible on my skin and feel they are horrible to touch or use. However, this one is lovely; ...

Advantages: Smells really nice, helps make massaging nicer and easier, on sale. Disadvantages: Could mark fabric.
My other half gets very tense shoulders from sitting at a desk all day with bad posture. I occasionally give him a massage to try and help with it as it can cause him discomfort and at times pain. I find massaging without oil a little bit difficult, when you use oils your hands glide over the skin much more easily so it makes it easier for it and apparently me, feels a bit nicer to him too.
I had already bought a massageoil from The BodyShop, SensualYlangYlang. We both really linked this oil so when I saw that they were selling at a marked down price another from their aromatherapy range, Uplifting Mandarin I just couldn't help myself.
I like orange and lemon fragrances anyway, they are cheerful and relaxing without being sleep inducing. At £3.50 rather than the usual £7.00 for this 100ml bottle it was well worth buying ...
