I went to purchased a car at car shop the sellers who met me pretend to be friendly but under their smiles were a lot of deception.
I was forced to purchase diamondbrite as well as warrant for the car and although I refused these product it was added deceitfully in my bill and I was not aware of it, after a day or so I check on my bill as I realised the bill was very high for the car that I purchased and found that this product was added although I refused it. I phone the company to tell them about what had happen and the manager refused to give me my money back saying that I had sign the bill, I had to sign the bill to get the car
I am disable and just had a knee operation at that time I was in so much pain sitting in the office of the man who took the balance of the payment so I was an easy target for them and I got hurt, buyers please be careful with car shop in my opinion the sales men are deceptive and will not stop at any thing but to lined their pockets, donot be taken in because of their charm and smiles
