Going to the hairdressers used to be something I had to do, not enjoyed. But I LOVE coming to The Chapel. I've been only twice so far but both times they have outdone the last. I really felt like they wanted me there, from the reception staff to the hair stylist. Charging by time is different, but once they explained and then I experienced it, I was happy to do it. Also, I love that they make decent coffee and I had a little brownie when I went in too. They serve wine- but my appointment was a little to early for that!! The salon itself has some amazing features, most notably the bathroom (very cool) and a free standing fire in the colour area. The ample space makes a big difference as I felt that I had my own space- it was almost Spa like. All in all, it was really different to what I'm used to in the best way possible.
