I began researching my own family tree about 5 years ago and soon came across a magazine called The Family Tree Magazine. The Family Tree magazine is a monthly publication available from most decent newsagents. It is published by ABM Publishing Ltd and costs £2.70. It is an excellent source of information for anyone interested in researching his or her family history but I can?t help thinking that there is a wealth of more useful information available on the Internet for free. The family Tree magazine was first published in 1984 and now has a monthly circulation of over 40,000 copies, which proves that there is demand for the product. Delve into your family's past with Family Tree Maker 2009 Deluxe

Advantages: Straightforward and porwerful
Disadvantages: Slow to load large trees

Family Tree Maker is a series of packages designed to help you build and enrich your family tree, originally designed by Broderbund and then sold to become part of Ancestry.com's line of products. As of writing, the 2010 version has just been released, but prior versions are still very popular within the genealogy community and I personally still use 2009. The main feature of building your family tree is straightforward to use and will work with as little or as much information as you can provide. The tree builder utilizes two screens - the family screen and the person screen. On the family screen you can see all the connections between family members, although one drawback is that children and siblings of ancestors are not shown until that person is clicked upon. Review of Family Tree Maker 2009 Deluxe

Wet Set Intex Family Frame Pool, Filter included.

Advantages: Deep enough to swim in, filter included
Disadvantages: QUite expensive, even tough ours was quite cheap

The pool is large in diameter (12ft) and deep enough to swim in (30 inches), easy for 2 people to erect quickly, supplied with a 230v filter which is capable of pumping 600litres an hour. The pool is now available with a cover, however we bought our cover separately Sold in Argos for £299. After many years of being fed up of flimsy small pools that did not seem to last one summer, let alone try to store it for next year, we tried to find one that was large enough for our family of 4 children and comfortable for a couple of supervising adults We were fortunate to be visiting a local discount store and saw the pool for sale for £129. Thinking that it must be a mistake we confirmed the price with a salesman and ordered one to be picked up the next day.
