The Crystal Healing Book - Judy Hall

This is a lovely book for someone who is interested in crystal healing and want to look into it for the first time. The author is Judy Hall and the book is in hardcover and it has 128 pages and costs £6. This author wrote another one of my favourite books called the Crystal Bible.

The book tells the reader in a very simple way how using certain crystals can help to cure physical ailments. The author looks mostly at 12 crystals and how these link up to your own energy which comes from your own body. Crystal healing can and does work for everyone if it is done in the right way and the you are told in this book in a very simple way how to do this and I find this very interesting.

With different crystals you can balance your mind and your own body and make it harmonious again if it has been thrown out of balance. The longer we live and them ore stressful our own lives are then the more your body is likely to be out of tune and out of balance and the healing crystals will put this right.

I like the charts and graphs in this book which help me to understand how the healing crystals work for me and how they can help me to relax and be in tune with my inner body. There are some very good photographs aswell which really help when reading the book because they help to explain what the author is trying to say. I keep this book at the table at the side of my bed and I like to make reference to it at least once a day.

This would be a lovely present to give to anyone who is interested in this subject as it is a very useful book to use as a reference guide like I do.
