This is one toy I hadn't seen before, until someone bought it for Little Miss, and we are now subjected to a flying fairy! Sky Dancer is basically a fairy, obviously with wings, which stands on a base. The one we have is called Sierra, wearing a little sparkly skirt, with two tone hair, and sitting on a butterfly base, so all very pastel and girly. Even the cord features a butterfly to pull. ~~How to use it~~ Fortunately, this is all set up, ready to use, complete with button cell batteries. Handy for when the toy is first bought but not so easy when they need replacing. The instructions tell me that I have to turn the switch from DEMO to PLAY position; this is so that the lights work, otherwise, it will fly but silently and without flashing lights! Dancer In The Dark - Film Only

Advantages: Bjork, the musical sequences, the performances.
Disadvantages: Morally, politically, intellectually disgusting.

Dancer In The Dark, Lars Von Trier's bleak musical / docudrama hybrid, is, for me, a VERY guilty Guilty Pleasure. It is, in so many ways, a detestable, sadistic, misogynist piece of work. It is swathed in the kind of vacant, ignorant sloganeering that would be embarrassing coming from a sixth-form student, never mind a grown man. It's insulting intellectually, it's manipulative, it's wholly absurd from any narrative perspective... And yet - it has Bjork. This is where I am torn. As much as I detest Lars Von Trier's work - and I so very much detest it - I am in love with everything Bjork has ever put her name to or will put her name to or has ever even considered putting her name to. It is because of Bjork that I will watch - and have watched - Dancer In The Dark seven, fifteen, twenty-six times, and will watch it as many times ...

Blade Dancer ? Unoriginal

Advantages: Good if your not into a deep , rivveting story line
Disadvantages: so many ? game play, graphics, story line, narration

I really dont know why i bought this. I was looking for an interesting RPG game for my PSP that would keep me going through a 9 hour car journey. So on ebay i read about Blade Dancer " the tale of a young boy and his monkey set out to help the weak and the needy " . . .You know half way through the journey i gave up and played on my nieces High School Musical DS game. Its not that this game is bad, its more that theres so many games out like it now.If youve played one youve played them all.
