    The Fifth Mountain is a novel I recommend you to read if: a) You really like Coelho’s books b) You are interested in the Bible or at least you want to read something that reminds you of that c) You want to feel better about yourself d) All of the above The novel is inspired by the biblical figure of Elijah, from the book of Kings, although Coelho is adding a lot to it, but don’t ask me how much, I started to read the Bible but I am still stuck at the Genesis!     Of the inspirational books he has has written, The Fifth Mountain appears to give no false hopes to people.The story of Elijah the Prohpet is a reminder that life is not exactly a bed of roses. Bad things happen and most of the times leave a lasting hole in your life. Its how you pick yourself together after the calamity is what defines a worthwhile life.
