Advantages None that I can see, I won't risk £400 based on the comments on this site.
Disadvantages The "free review" is a scam.
The "Free CV review" is just a sales pitch: they'd like to charge you around £400 for a re-write of your CV but give you worthless advice when you call for a "review".
I submitted my CV online for free review, and hadn't even finished the submission (I was still filling out their second submission page, suposedly allowing them to better assess my CV) when I already received a call from them! It may be that my CV is not very good and an experienced eye can see it in under 10 seconds, but the "review" I received lasted one minute and was just a rehearsed sales pitch.Sorry, but that doesn't rock my boat. I'll follow the advice from other reviewers here and do the rewrite myself based on the information available on e.g., youtube.

I'm similarly sceptical, but without having actually used their full service I don't think we can dismiss them.
